Micro Cellular Polyurethane (MCU) body mounts locate and isolate the vehicle's body from the frame and improve the comfort and handling qualities. They offer superior isolation, better vibration damping, excellent durability, and reduced weight – all at a competitive price.

Another benefit of using Micro Cellular Polyurethane (MCU) is that it can be easily tuned and optimized by changing the material’s density. There is also no need to change chemistries or part geometry, providing a cost and time efficient development process.

The automotive industry needs to meet the increasing demand for lighter vehicles while integrating new components, like hybrid drives. Alex | Portfoliomanagerin

Mit ihrem dualen Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen startete Alex zunächst bei der Unternehmensgruppe Freudenberg, bevor sie 2014 zur Vibracoustic Gruppe wechselte.

Bei Vibracoustic in Weinheim war Alex zuerst im Sales Innendienst für einen großen deutschen Automobilhersteller tätig und wechselte 2015 in das Independent Aftermarket Team. Seit der Gründung der Vibracoustic Aftermarket 2021 ist Alex Portfoliomanagerin für die Produktgruppe TVD in unserem Team. Alex arbeitet an der stetigen Weiterentwicklung und Erweiterung unseres Aftermarket-Portfolios.

Hung | Head of Controlling

Hung ist seit 2011 Teil des Vibracoustic Teams. Er startete als CFO bei Vibracoustic, China. Er war in dieser Funktion für die kaufmännische Leitung zuständig und implementierte wichtige Kernprozesse im Controlling und Rechnungswesen.

Seit 2016 ist Hung verantwortlich für den Bereich Controlling Business Units DRIVE Solutions bei Vibracoustic in Weinheim. Seit der Gründung der Vibracoustic Aftermarket im Jahr 2021 ist Hung Teil des Management Teams und Leiter Controlling.

Thorben | Sales Specialist

Nach seinem dualem Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen in der Vibracoustic Gruppe übernahm Thorben mit Gründung der Vibracoustic Aftermarket 2021 die Position Sales Assistant.

Seit 2022 ist Thorben als Sales Specialist der direkte Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden. Dabei ist er nicht nur Kontakt nach außen, sondern analysiert und optimiert auch interne Prozesse, damit es reibungslos läuft.

Mounsef | Head of Sales

Mounsef begann 2000 als Sales Ingenieur in der Vibracoustic Gruppe. Ab 2002 arbeitete er für fünf Jahre als Key Account Manager bei Vibracoustic in Nantes, Frankreich. 2010 übernahm Mounsef dort die Position Director Global Accounts und war in dieser Funktion zuständig für die Betreuung französischer und italienisch-amerikanischer Automobilhersteller.

Seine erste Erfahrung mit dem Aftermarket sammelte Mounsef ab 2012 als Director Strategic Business Development. Im September 2013 übernahm er die Verantwortung als Director Global Account IAM und zeitgleich die Position als Marketing- und Vertriebsleiter der Vibracoustic CV AirSprings in Hamburg. Seit der Gründung der Vibracoustic Aftermarket im Jahr 2021 ist Mounsef Teil des Management Teams und leitet als Head of Sales das Vertriebsteam.

Kathrin | Program Buyer & Commodity Managerin

Kathrin begann nach ihren dualen Studienabschlüssen in Wirtschaftsinformatik und Ingenieurwesen 2007 als Einkäuferin für Luftfedern bei Vibracoustic am Standort Hamburg. Anschließend wechselte sie nach kurzer Station in der Logistik an den Standort Weinheim in den indirekten Einkauf.

Nach ihrer Familienzeit war Kathrin zunächst als Corporate Controller kosten- und planungsverantwortlich für das Supply Chain Management. Seit der Gründung der Vibracoustic Aftermarket im letzten Jahr ist Kathrin Program Buyer & Commodity Manager in unserem Team. Sie entwickelt dabei unter anderem unsere Lieferantenstrategie stetig weiter und stellt die wirtschaftliche Versorgung unter Berücksichtigung der aktuellen und künftigen Herausforderungen im Markt sicher.

Besonders große Freude macht es mir, etwas Neues mit aufzubauen. Dabei mag ich die Mischung aus operativen und strategischen Aufgaben sehr: Strategisch denken und dann auch umsetzen! Zudem kann ich mich in meinem Job auch mit fachübergreifenden Ideen einbringen, wir sind ein agiles, globales Team und arbeiten über alle Schnittstellen hinweg eng zusammen.

Meine Neugier ist mein größter Antrieb. Das gilt nicht nur für das Verstehen von Sachverhalten und Zusammenhängen. Ich begegne Menschen offen und treffe hier sowohl im Unternehmen als auch bei unseren Lieferanten und Kunden auf Menschen, die mich inspirieren.

Meine größte Motivation sind meine Kinder, denen ich in jeglicher Hinsicht ein Vorbild sein möchte. Sei es lebenslanges Lernen, die Bedeutung von Verantwortung oder das Leben von Unbeschwertheit.

Meine besondere Liebe gilt der Schaltbaren Dreikammer-Luftfeder. Die Vielfalt und Komplexität der eingesetzten Technologie, sowie die Einfachheit in der Installation und Bedienerfreundlichkeit faszinieren mich. Alex | Portfoliomanager

Alex started her dual studies in industrial engineering at the Freudenberg Group before joining the Vibracoustic Group in 2014.

At Vibracoustic in Weinheim, Germany, Alex was initially working in inside sales, responsible for a major German automotive manufacturer and moved to the Independent Aftermarket Team in 2015. Since the foundation of Vibracoustic Aftermarket 2021, Alex has been portfolio manager for the TVD product group in our team. Alex works on the continuous development and expansion of our Aftermarket portfolio.

Hung is part of the Vibracoustic team since 2011. He started as CFO at Vibracoustic, China. In this role, he was responsible for the commercial management and implemented important core processes in Controlling and Accounting.

After his dual studies in industrial engineering at Vibracoustic Group, Thorben took over the position of Sales Assistant when Vibracoustic Aftermarket was founded in 2021.

Since 2022, Thorben is the direct contact person for our customers as Sales Specialist. He is not only one of the first contact persons for people outside our company, but also analyzes and optimizes internal processes to make things run smoothly.

Mounsef | Head of Sales

Mounsef started as a Sales Engineer in the Vibracoustic Group in 2000. From 2002, he worked for five years as Key Account Manager at Vibracoustic in Nantes, France. In 2010, Mounsef took over the position of Director Global Accounts at the same location and was responsible for the support of French and Italian-American automotive manufacturers.

Mounsef gained his first experience with the Aftermarket in 2012 as Director Strategic Business Development. In September 2013, he took over the responsibility as Director Global Account IAM and at the same time the position as Marketing and Sales Manager of Vibracoustic CV AirSprings in Hamburg, Germany. Kathrin | Program Buyer & Commodity Manager

After completing her dual degrees in Business Informatics and Engineering, Kathrin started as a buyer for Air Springs at Vibracoustic in Hamburg in 2007. She then took over a position in indirect purchasing at Weinheim, Germany, after a brief period in logistics.

After her family time, Kathrin was initially cost and planning responsible for Supply Chain Management as Corporate Controller. Since the foundation of Vibracoustic Aftermarket last year, Kathrin has been Program Buyer & Commodity Manager in our team. Among other things, she continuously develops our supplier strategy and ensures economic supply, taking current and future challenges in the market into account.

I particularly enjoy contributing to the establishment of something new. I really like the mix of operational and strategic tasks: thinking strategically and then directly implementing it. In my job, I can also bring in interdisciplinary ideas; we are an agile, global team and work closely together across all interfaces.

My curiosity is my greatest drive. This applies not only to understanding facts and contexts. I meet people with an open mind and find inspiration both in the company and among our suppliers and customers.

My greatest motivation are my children, for whom I want to be a role model in every respect. Whether it's lifelong learning, the importance of responsibility or living lightheartedly.

My highlight product is the switchable three-chamber Air Spring. The variety and complexity of the technology applied, as well as the simplicity of installation and user-friendliness, fascinate me. With this Air Spring, we solve the trade-off between comfort and good driving dynamics. Truly a masterpiece of vibration control technology!
